From November 2008 to July 2013, Duwa Piping was required to supply piping material to one Egyptian gas pipeline project. The project was in need of the Pipe-Rack, which was to connect the new process area to the existing plant; the process interface building which was located in the new area to accommodate both electrical and instrumentation equipment; connection to the existing utilities and those utilities that needs to upgrade.

This combined heat and power project is located in Tura. Geothermal company has three geothermal wells, the power generation capacity is 2.7MW, the potential geothermal resources is about 70MW, the first phase of development plans is 30MW. Turwell Company's business director Nick said all equipment, pipes, valves will be provided by the supplier in China. The supplier must have EC certificate and 10 years combined heat and power project experience. DUWA PIPING supplies ANSI B16.9 A234 WPB 8-30 Inch elbow, reducer and other pipe fittings, also carbon steel ASME B16.5 flanges. And the total amount is about 1800000 USD. We are planning to deliver them in March 2017. The SGS China will perform the third inspection.

Izmir is the third largest city in Turkey, it is the largest natural bay in West Aegean Sea. Over the years, millions of living and industrial waste water from Izmir have been discharged into the gulf, causing serious ecological pollution and affecting the safe drinking water for Izmir citizens directly. Izmir government implements large channel project, building 4150 km of sewerage pipes, using two pumping stations for the waste water treatment plant, while re-laying the urban drinking water pipelines. In this Project, DUWA PIPING supplies A420 WPL6 pipe fittings and A350 LF2 flanges to Turkey Burc group. This company is the contractor of the third tenders of this project. We supplies the 6-24 Inch ANSI B16.9 A420 WPL6 90 degree bend 1108pcs, 6-24 Inch A333 Gr6 pipes 110km, ASME B16.5 6-48 Inch 300LBS-900LBS A350 LF2 flanges 246pcs. The total amount is up to 2600000USD. We deliver the goods on time, and Burc group praises the quality of our products.
Saudi Arabia-Bahrain Natural Oil Transportation Pipeline

In 2011, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain built a new 100km natural oil transportation pipeline. The project was expected to cost 350million US dollars, the pipeline will be transported between the two countries about 35 million barrels of natural oil per day. The new oil pipeline will replace the daily delivery 23 million barrels of natural oil in the old oil pipeline. The contractor of sixth tenders in this project is Qane Oilfield Services. DUWA PIPING supplies A106 GRB Pipes and A105 Flanges to Qane Oilfield Services Company. The total amount is 200000 US dollars. All the products have been inspected by the third-party BV before shipment. DUWA has flanges in different sizes in stock, the original three-month delivery time is actually shortened to 2 months.

As a main supplier for The United Kingdom, Duwa Piping provided for one of 12 projects in Phase one of Industrial Carbon Capture and Storage (ICCS) Program in October 2010. The project includes the design, construction, the demonstration of a CO2 compression, dehydration facility as a precursor to CO2 storage, subsequent monitoring, verification, and accounting of the stored CO2.
